N-Acetyl L-Cysteine 600mg + Acebrophyllin 100mg
Martyn Nikk Pharmaceutical offers Muconik-Plus capsule which contain N-Acetyl L-Cysteine 600mg + Acebrophyllin 100mg used to prevent and treat symptoms of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing (whistling sound while breathing). COPD is a group of lung diseases with emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation in the lining of bronchial tubes).
ACEBROPHYLLINE + N ACETYLCYSTEINE is a combination of two drugs, namely: Acebrophylline (mucolytic and bronchodilator) and N-Acetylcysteine (mucolytic agent/sputum thinner). Acebrophylline works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. N-Acetylcysteine works by thinning and loosening phlegm (mucus) in the lungs, windpipe and nose. Together, ACEBROPHYLLINE+N ACETYLCYSTEINE helps to cough out easily and makes breathing easier by opening airways.
